Morefield, Roger A Morefield, <br />C. L. Shawn Bloodworth, Steve Eure of Troop #213, and Robert Cipcic of Troop #215, who had <br />attained the rank of Eagle Scouts, Boy Scouts of America. <br /> <br /> A proclamation declaring "Scout w~eK" was presented to Robert L. Baker, Vice Chairman, <br />Merrimac District and Ennis H. The balance of the appropriation <br />includes reprogramed urbam f~mds- from}~,1976 which were held as a contingency by HUD from <br />that particular year in order to i~sBre c~ole-out of the urban renewal program. The <br />projected expenditures for Southsi3~', Pa~k-'~iew, Mount Hermon, etc., are outlined in <br />accordance with material furnished at the public hearing for use of the 1979 Community <br />Development Program allocation.
