The present owner is Hallmark, Inc.; and, <br />has agreed ~o dedicate additional land for the'easement and also to pay any relocation costs <br />of any pipe necessary. The City Manager recommends adoption." <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Holley and seconded by Mr. Barnes, the following resolution was adopted <br />and by the following vote; <br /> <br /> "A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE CONSENT OF COUNCIL TO THE VACATION AND RELEASE <br /> OF A CERTAIN DRAINAGE EASEMENT CALLED HULL STREET; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO SIGN RELEASE AGREEMENT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth was granted a certain drainage easement over and across <br />property now owned by Hallmark, Inc., known, numbered and designated as Lot 135 on the Plat o <br />North Truxton; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain permanent improvements have been made upon said property which encroach <br />the aforementioned drainage easement; and <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br /> <br />
