Eilberg and Joseph A. Freeman have made applieation to vacate, <br /> close, and diseontinue a portion of an unnamed alley on the north side of Turnpike Road. This <br /> resolution will appoint viewers, pursuant to State law, to make a recommendation to City <br /> ~Coundil.' Bilisoly, L. A. Cla.rk, A. N. Kendrick, Charles Hudgins and James Griffin, be appointe <br /> viewers.and R.
