<br />(c) "A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO MARY STEWART, EVANGELIST, TO OPERATE
<br /> A HOUS~ OF WORSHIP PURSUANT TO SECTION 40-71(b) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA.

<br /> WHEREAS, Morse Parker Motor Supply, Inc., by Mary Stewart, Evangelist, made an applica-
<br />tion pursuant to Section 40~71(b) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, 1973, for
<br />the granting of a use permit as hereinafter described; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and,the Planning Director have done all things.required to be done
<br />in connection with said applicantion; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the granting

<br />(3) This use p~rmit is approved subject to the following conditions.
<br /> (a) The use permit will apply only to the existing building during its lifetime;

<br />and group counseling, making available a serene area for reading and meditation;

<br /> (c) The use permit would be issued to the applicant in her name and to cover her

<br />other premis~s.~or to any new structure erected on the premises.
