<br />At a regular~meeting of the City Council held on September 11, 1979, there were present:

<br /> Vice Mayor Holley presided in the absence of Mayor Davis, and welcomed all ~isitors in
<br />attendance.
<br />
<br /> Rev. W. Dabney Walters, Pastor, Monumental United Methodist Church, opened the meeting
<br />with prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

<br /> Motinn of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Oast, minutes of the called me~ting of August 28,
<br />1979; minutes of the regular meeting of August 28, 1979, to be approved as ~e~e~d, and was
<br />adopted by'unanimous vote.

<br />ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND DESIGN COSTS TO THE THOMAS JEFFERSON CENTER AND
<br />CONVALESCENT HOME TO BE OPERATED BY STOP."

<br />THE PARKING GARAGE AND MUNICIPAL BUILDING COMPLEX, INCLUDING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
<br />AND LANDSCAPING."
