We desire clarification of city sign ordinances so that police will have <br /> power to issue summons or tickets to those who illegally post yard sale <br /> -signs. <br />2. We ask for regulation or guidelines on the number of yard sales a resident <br /> may hold in a year. <br />3. We request that the city research the possibility of adopting an overall <br /> aesthetic code for the city. <br /> <br />(Other members of the Federation of Civic Clubs were present) <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mr. Gray that the matter to be referred to the <br />City At~s~ney, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 79-463 S.
