<br /> Parcel 026 - Being as shown on Sheet 12 of the plans for Route
<br />164, State Highway Project 0164-124-FO4, RW201 and beginning on the south
<br />(left) side of EB 164 construction centerline from the lands now or formerly
<br />belonging to Trusa Southern Materials, Inc., opposite approximate Station 75+57
<br />to the lands now or formerly to the Commonwealth of Virginia opposite
<br />approximate Station 75+86 and containing 0.039 acre, more or less.
<br />
<br /> Parcel 030 - Being as shown on Sheet 17 of the plans for Route
<br />164, State Highway Project 0164-124- F04, RW201 and beginning on the east
<br />(right) side of WB 58 construction centerline from the lands now or formerly
<br />belonging to Portsmouth Port Industrial Commission opposite approximate
<br />Station 54+73 to the lands now or formerly belonging to Portsmouth Port
<br />Industrial Commission opposite approximate Station 54+93 and containing 0.057
<br />acre, more or less.
<br />
<br /> Parcel 080 - Being as shown on Sheets 6 and 7 of the plans for
<br />Route 164, State Highway Project 0164-124-F04, RW201 and beginning on the
<br />east (right) side of Booker Street construction centerline from a point in the lands
<br />of the Grantor opposite approximate Station 27+50 to a point in the lands of the
<br />Grantor opposite approximate Station 31 +73 and containing 0.230 area, more or
<br />less, land; together with the permanent right and easement to use the additional
<br />area shown as being required for the proper construction and maintenance of
<br />drainage facilities right of approximate Station 27+98 to Station 29+00 as
<br />indicated on plans land containing 0.050 acre, more or less; together with the
<br />temporary right and easement to use the additional area shown as being
<br />required for the proper construction for cut and/or fill slopes and, containing
<br />0.019 acre, more or less.

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and hereby is,
<br />authorized to convey to the Commonwealth of Virginia (Virginia Department of
<br />Transportation) any and all easements of access, light or air, incident to the lands of the
<br />Grantor abutting upon Route 164, a Limited Access Highway, and/or upon any of its
<br />ramps, loops, or connections at and with intersecting highways, the line or lines along
<br />which the easements herein conveyed lie being described as follows:

<br /> Parcel 002 - From a point on the proposed east right of way and
<br />limited access line opposite approximate survey and construction centerline
<br />Station 16+19, the lands now or formerly belonging to Fredrick I. and Edith B.
<br />Thomason; thence, along the said proposed right of way and limited access line
<br />to a point opposite approximate Station 19+16, the existing south right of way line
<br />of existing Ramp "H", as shown in blue on said photo copy.

<br /> Parcel 003 - From a point on the proposed east right of way and
<br />limited access line opposite approximate survey and construction centerline
<br />Station 20+75, the existing north right of way line of Ramp "H"; thence, along the
<br />said proposed right of way and limited access line to a point opposite
<br />approximate Station 32+46, the lands now or formerly belonging to the
<br />Commonwealth of Virginia, as shown in blue on said photo copies.

<br /> Parcel 004 - From a point on the proposed east right of way and
<br />limited access line opposite approximate survey and construction centerline
<br />Station 33+17, the lands now or formerly belonging to the Commonwealth of
<br />Virginia; thence, along the said proposed right of way and limited access line to a
<br />point opposite approximate Station 34+02, the existing south right of line of
<br />Roberta Street, as shown in blue on said photo copy.

<br /> Parcel 026 - From a point on the proposed south right of way and
<br />limited access line opposite approximate EB 164 construction centerline Station
