<br /> 1. That her name is Nona S. Marlowe, and she resides at 8300 Capeview Avenue, Norfol~,
<br />Virginis 23518
<br /> 2. That she is the owner of the building located at 2116 a~d lot at 2118 High Street,
<br />and has a rental agreement for the lots known as 2114 and 2112 High Street. The said property
<br />being owned by De~nis S. Johnson, '
<br /> 3. That she has owned this property independently since the passing of her husband Delma~
<br />E. Marlowe, in Febr'hary, 1973. '

<br /> 4. That during the past seven years, she has rented the aforesaid property to the Accuraz¢
<br />T. V. Repair Company and three other motorcycle businesses. During that time all of the tenants
<br />made use of the gravel parking lot which is adjacent to the building.
<br /> S. That this parking lot has proven adequate for those operations and others with no
<br />objections from the City Planning Commissicn or anyone else related to the city.
<br /> 6. That t~e gravel portion of the said lot is sufficient to park nine or more autom6bil~es
<br /> 7. That she is willing to maintain the gravel parking lot in a suitable manner for con-
<br />tinuing the necessary parking reequirements for the church.
<br /> 8. That she favor§ the use of the vacility by the church and congregation of Rev. Larry
<br />B. Cousins.
<br /> 9. That she hereby requests the Planning Commission and City Council to approve the park-
<br />ing lot that is now available for Rev. Counsins and his congregation.
