<br /> (a) The Day Nursery/Child Care Center may be operated two (2) mornings a week for
<br />enrollment of not more than twenty ]20) children slx (6) years of age or younger.
<br /> (b) That the limitation neted in paragraph (a) regarding the number of days the
<br />Center may be operated may be increased in accordance with the future terms of the applicable
<br />State license and/or permits which may be obtained.
<br /> (c) That the petitioner shall comply with all statutes, ordinances, policies and
<br />regulations of Federal, State and local governments that may be apFlicable and shall have
<br />obtained all necessary licenses and permits required for this use."
