This appropriation is being funded out of the 1981-82/Capital Improvements Program to provide for street overlay and rebuilding on the City's/arterial highways. This funding together with previous authorizations from the 1980-$1 program will fund a total project of nearly one million dollars. The City Manager recommends a~option on first reading.
