<br /> Neil Abramson, 2501 Locks Road, Chesapeake, spoke concerning the proposal made ro PRHA
<br />on the conversion of the Old Seaboard Building to residential apartment units which Mr. Glenn
<br />Yates was Chairman of the Old Seaboard Building Task Force Committee, and because of his
<br />involvement in the application on the archtitectural snd engineering work of the Museum on the
<br />site of the Old City Hall, and at the same time working for two conflicting projects, requeste{
<br />that no action be taken on the money for that project based on the fact that he may not have
<br />gotten ear of that Committee.

<br /> On motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Whitlow, the crdinance was adQpted, and by the

<br />THE UTILITY PORTION OF PHASE V OF ~HE MOUNT HERMON REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT."

<br /> On motion of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mr. Gray, the ordinance was adopted, and by

<br />materials, and was adopted by unanimcus vo~e.
