<br />against the rezoning for 2 reasons (1) non-compatibility that the zoning would cause to
<br />the p~pDrty; (2) ultimate sale or future use of their property and also the neighbori~.

<br /> Mrs. F. R. Davis, 13 Constitution Avenue, citizen, spoke in opposition of the rezoning
<br />and requested that the zoning remain the same.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Whitlow, that the matter be deferred for two weeks~
<br />and the concerns be addressed and brought back, was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconed by Mrs. Webb, to suspend the rules for Mr. Richard Davis
<br />to speaks.

<br /> Mr. Richard Davis, 13 Constitution Avenue, stated that the property owners were in the
<br />area before the marina, and requested that the zoning remain the same.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to concur in the recommendation of the
<br />Planning Commission, that Z 82-6 be denied, and was adopted by the following vote:
