April 12, 1982 Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Whitlow, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, UP 82-9 be approved on first reading for hospital storage on land zoned Commercial C-2, and was adopted by unanimous vote. (i) GHP 82-1 - Application of Kirk Berkeley, Agent for Olde Towne Land Trust, Contract Owner. Kirk Berkeley, ~5 Middle Street~ ,representing Olde Towne Land Trust, spoke in support of GHP 82-1. Leslie R. French, III, 208 Glasgow Street, representing Olde To,me Eivic League, spoke in support of the development. Miss Ellen Lash, 321 Court Street, citizen, spoke in opposition to the group housing project as to the affect on the homes in the area. Mrs. Thomas M. Williams, 315 Court Street, citizen~ spoke in opposition and also stated the affect.it would have on the homes.
