<br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director
<br />done in connection with said application; and

<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
<br /> 1. That the use for which the use permit hereinafter is sought:
<br /> ia) Will not adversely affect the health and safety of persons
<br />in the neighborhood of the proposed use;

<br /> (b) Will not be detrimental to the public use
<br /> in the neighborhood; and

<br /> 3. ~he following conditions are prescribed for this use permit:

<br /> (a) The use permit is issued to Maryview Hospital and is not
<br />other person or entity;

<br /> (b) That Maryview shall improve
<br />be reviewed and approved by the Planning
<br />of Portsmouth; and
<br />
<br />transferable to any
<br />
<br />the property visually and that the plans for same
<br /> Staff and the Department of Engineering of the City
<br />
<br /> (c) That this use permit shall be effective for two (2) years and will expire on
<br />April 27, 1984."
