<br />approved. Anticipated sources of funding for this appropriation are: EPA 66%, Navy 12
<br />Public Utility Bond Proceeds 22%. Finally, it should be noted that the local share of
<br />project was overwhelmingly approved by Portsmouth voters, by almost 3 to 1, on Novembe~
