Morgan, Jr. of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District <br />Court Advisory Council suggests that the Advisory Council should not retained under its pre- <br />sent structure. The State enabling legislation provides that an Advisory Council may be <br />appointed, where needed, by the Judges of the Court. <br /> <br /> In view thereof, I recommend the adoption of the attached ordinance repealing the appli- <br />cable sections of the City Code pertsining to the Court Advisory Council.
