<br /> Code pertaining to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court-Advisory Council.
<br /> "The attached correspondence from Judge Piersall of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations
<br />District Court and from Edgaz.M. Morgan, Jr. of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District
<br />Court Advisory Council suggests that the Advisory Council should not retained under its pre-
<br />sent structure. The State enabling legislation provides that an Advisory Council may be
<br />appointed, where needed, by the Judges of the Court.

<br /> In view thereof, I recommend the adoption of the attached ordinance repealing the appli-
<br />cable sections of the City Code pertsining to the Court Advisory Council. If an occasion
<br />arxses where the Judges feel a need for an Advisory Council, they will be in a position to
<br />appoint one."

<br />the voting place for Precinct No. 36. Upon adoption, the City Attorney will take the necessar
<br />steps to assure approval of the change by the United States Department of Justice in accerdanc~
<br />with the Voting Rights Act of 1965.'

<br />Attorney has prepared an ordinance pertaining to parking in spaces reserved for
<br />persons. Under ~he proposed ordinance, the penalty for violation
<br />current time, a w[olation of this ordinance results in a fine of
<br />72 hours and increases thereafter to $10.00.
