<br /> Anthony M. Thiel, Attorney, Virginia National Bank Building, representing Norfolk/Ports-
<br />mouth Belt Line Railroad, spoke in support of the petition.
<br /> On motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by M~Barnes, to concur in the recommendation of the
<br />Planning Commission, the following ordinance to rezone property bounded by Frederick Boulevar~
<br />on the east; Deep Creek Boulevard on the north and west; and PortsmoUth Boulevard on the south
<br />from Industrial M-1 to Historic Limited Business, was approved on first reading by unanimous
<br />vote:

<br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr[ Beamer, that the applicat&on be withdrawn.
<br /> Substitute motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to concur in the recommendation
<br />of the Planning Commission that Z 83-2 to rezone property at 4805 Bortsmouth Boulevard; from
<br />Commercial C-1 to Commercial C-2, be denied, and was adopted by the following vote:

<br />of the Planning Commission.
<br /> On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to concur in the recommendation of the
<br />Planning Commission, the following, ordinance to rezone the properties along the west right-of-
<br />way of Laigh Road and the properties fronting the south right-of-way of Portsmouth Boulevard
<br />for a distance of 534.50' west from its intersection with Laigh Road from Industrial M-1 to
<br />Residential R-60, was approved on first reading by unanimous vote:
