Whitlow, George <br /> Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 83-~23 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, <br />purpose of considering a motion to go into an executive session <br /> <br /> (1) Use, Sale or Acquisiticn of <br /> Public Property; <br /> (2) Consultation and ~riefing on <br /> Legal Matters ~ncluding <br /> Contracts and Litigation; <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter; <br /> (4) Boards and Commissmons. <br /> <br />Robert Gray, James W. <br />L.
