Beamer, Sr., J. <br /> Holley, III, Gloria O. Webb, Morton V. Whitlow, George <br /> Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 83-~23 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, <br />purpose of considering a motion to go into an executive session <br /> <br /> (1) Use, Sale or Acquisiticn of <br /> Public Property; <br /> (2) Consultation and ~riefing on <br /> Legal Matters ~ncluding <br /> Contracts and Litigation; <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter; <br /> (4) Boards and Commissmons. <br /> <br />Robert Gray, James W. <br />L. Hanbury, City <br /> <br /> in the Council Chamber, <br /> April ll, 1983, for the <br />to discuss the following: <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of the meeting you will be asked to consider a motion to recess until <br />5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 1983, to continue the executive session. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Beamer and secondad by Mr. Whitlow, to go into an executive session was <br />adopted by the following vote: ' <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Beamer, Gray, Holley, Webb, Whitlow, Johansen <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br /> <br />
