Staff analysis indicates that Cox has at- <br />· emp~t~ in good faith to meet the criteria establ~is.hed by the City when the interim increase <br />was granted. Although there is certainly room for~more improvement~ I believe that Cox's <br />level of service has improv6d since <br /> <br /> In addition, the copyright rbyalty issue has been resolved to my satisfaction with Cox's <br />ta~es~ proposal, a copy of which is attached.
