Rodman, President of Tidewater Automobile Association, <br />who preseneed the 1982 AAA National Award for fxcellence in the 44th annual AAA Pedestrian <br />Safety Program to 5~ayor J6hansen, honoring the City of Portsmouth for the seventh time for an <br />outstanding success in pedestrian accident record.
