Han~Ur~y, City Manager, S~even Lieberman, <br /> City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 83-299 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br /> 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 1983, for the <br /> consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following, and to ho~ <br /> a public work session at 6:30 p.m. for a presentation by Du~wood Curling, Executive Director <br /> Southeastern Public Service Authority: <br /> <br /> (1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br /> (2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br /> (4) Boards and Commissions <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> Motion of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mr. Gray, to go into an executive <br />hold a public work session, was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Barnes, Beamer, Gray, Holley?
