<br /> Mrs. Barbara Wright, 28 Davis Street, representing Cradock Property Owners Association,
<br />stated that the Cradock Property Owners Association did not officially approve what had been
<br />proposed by the Portsmouth Coal Terminal, Inc., but the consensus of among many Cradock
<br />residents who they had talked with, if the facility is developed as we have been assured it
<br />would be, and if carefully and regularly monitored, that the impact upon the Cradock communit'
<br />would be minimal and would be generally acceptable as a neighboring facility.
