At a regular meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, December 13, 1983, there were

<br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

<br /> Vice Mayor Beamer presided in the absence of the Mayor and welcomed all visitors in
<br />attendance.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, minutes of the called meeting of November
<br />22, 1983; minutes of the regular meeting~of November 22, 1983, to be approved as received,
<br />and was adopted by unanimous vote.
