<br /> WHEREAS, the developer is aware that building permits or any other required permit will
<br />be issued only upon compliance with the ordinances, laws or regulations applicable thereto.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia that th,
<br />certain group housing project consisting of a ten (10) unit condominium structure to be con-
<br />structed at 454 Florida Avenue and designated as GHP-83-7 and more specifically shown on plans
<br />entitled "Olde Porte, A Condominium" filed with the appropriate officials of the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia and made a part hereof, is hereby granted approval; provided, that a
<br />pT~acy fen£e six (6) feet in height be installed along the northern property line from the
<br />rear of the structure to the alley. A fence can then be extended beside the parking lot along
<br />the alley and continue east around the parking lot along the southern side of the sidewalk."
