<br /> "Portsmouth's Portside Marketplace is scheduled to open in the Spring. One o£ the major
<br />events scheduled is the Seawall Art Show at the end of May. In order to coincide with this
<br />scheduling, permission is requested to award, to the low bidders, five (5) separate contracts
<br />for which bids have been received in the past two weeks. Attachment~provides bidding details
