<br /> "Plans are p~resently being prepared for construction of the new Churchland Academy
<br />Elementary School. The architectural firm of Williams, Tazewell and Cooke is under contract
<br />with the School Board for completion of the plans.

<br /> The City Engineer requests an appropriation of $225,000 at this time, from the $1,600,000
<br />allocated by City Council, for the facility to cover architectural and engineering~costs.

<br />cigarette basis rather than on the package.
