C. Barclay, III and Mary B. Porter have requested closure of Oast Lane running 136 <br />feet north of Queen Street between Hatton and Primrose Streets. The <br />schedule included an automobile that should not have been included in the assessment of equip- <br />ment and furniture, therefore, a refund of $520.80 (without interest) is requested. <br /> <br />Holley <br /> <br /> a motion to refund <br /> for 1983 Personal Property <br /> <br />I recommend'that Council adopt this motion, and a refund be granted." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Beamer~and seconded by Mrs. Webb, that authorization be granted to refund <br />to Dr. Louis Waters, 5100 London Boulevard, $520.80 withouL~interesf~ as requested, for error <br />~aid on 1983 Personal Property taxes, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 84-249 - Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of a motion to refund $368.2C <br />to Sylvan Service Corporation, 2901 West Busch Boulevard, Suite 301, Tampa, Fi., for 1983 <br />Business License due to termination of contract (without interest). <br /> <br /> "The Commissioner of the Revenue is requesting a refund of 1983 Business License to the <br />Sylvan Service-'Corporation, 2901 West Busch Boulevard, Suite 301, Tampa, Florida 33618. <br /> <br /> The Corporation's contract at the Naval Regional Medical Center was terminated by the <br />government before completion.
