This project includes elevation of the park area, <br />inclusion of brick sidewalks and walkways, and replacement of all antiquat6d utilities within <br />the project area. <br /> <br /> The low bi~der, out of three firms submitting proposals was Conrad Brothers, Inc., with <br />a bid of $582,569.56.
