<br /> Bruce Place between Douglas Avenue and Hull's Creek, deferred from the
<br /> Public Hearing of November 13, 1984.

<br /> C. Raeford Eure, 4303 Manchester Roadrepresenting Hoggard & Eure Associates, stated that
<br />he had looked into all issues requested and had been before CAR and received unanimous approval
<br />of the modification of the buildings from 3 stories to 2 stories, also, had no opposition to
<br />the closing of the street.

<br /> Lewis Thomas, 131 Florida Avenue, representing Port Norfolk Civic League, requested an
<br />additional 4 minutes to speak.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr~ Gray, that an additional ~ minutes be granted,
<br />and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> Mr. Thomas spoke against the project and stated that the

<br />the application and stated that the project did not fit into the architect of the neighborhood
<br />
<br /> Kirby Foytik, 119 Bruce Place, Member of Port Norfolk Civic League, requested an additione
<br />5 minutes.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to grant Mr. F0ytik an additional five
<br />minutes, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
