<br /> Mr. Tayloe spoke in support of the application and questioned the legality of the bonding
<br />condition.

<br /> Mr. Tayloe stated that he would agree to meeting with Mr. Hanbury, but not the proper
<br />place to resolve a legal issue.

<br /> Louis Whitehead, 4415 County Street, representin~g Westhaven Areas Civic League, presented
<br />the following petition opposing the group housing project:

<br /> "We, the undersigned, being hom~m~a~~ in the neighborhood of the f0urty-four (44) con-
<br />dominiums being proposed in the Westhaven area just off South Street and Winchester Drive,
<br />petition the City Council to deny this proposal for the following reasons:
<br />
<br />The living space per unit is far too small to accommodate families who might remain
<br />as permanent residents of the area.
<br />
<br />The three (3) story structure proposed for one group of these condominiums is not at
<br />all compatible with other structures throughout Westhaven.
<br />
<br /> Forty-four (44) condominiums in this area will create far too much density. Signed by
