<br /> 'In the event we are unable to attend the meetin~ in reference to Conrgyjs request
<br />for permission to build a six-uni{ apartment comolex on Hamilton Avenue in Portsmouth, olease
<br />consider this letter as our opposition to this project.
<br />
<br /> This portion of Hamilton Avenue is a dead-end street and such a project would cause an
<br />excess of traffic and congestion.
<br />
<br /> Please record that as residents of this portion of Hamilton Avenue which will be affecte~
<br />by such a project we oppose ~t and request that you deny permission to Conray for this.
