A proposal to amend Section 40 of the City Code by new zoning district to be known as the Planned Office Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Planning Commission, CA 85-3 to establish a Office Park District, was approved on first Lucas, to concur in the recommendation of the new zoning district to be known as the Planned reading by unanimous vote. 85-41(i) CA 85-1 - A proposal to amend Section 4-121 of the City Code pertaining to dimensional requirements in the Downtown D-1 District, deferred from the Public Hearing of February 12, 1985. Conrad Brothers is the contractor currently under contract for Phase I & II of Priority Action Plan (Riverfront Park and High Street improvements).
