Maryview Hospital Corporation is hereby granted an amendment to the use oermit adopte. <br />by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held April 23, 1974 in order <br />to permit the operation of a parking lot to meet the parking requirements for Maryview Hospital <br />and a professional office building proposed for the northeast corner of High Street and Willett <br />Drive on the property described as follows: <br /> <br />UP-85-4 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the s6~t~ast co~n~ of West Road and Willett Drive; thence easterly <br />along the south right-of-way of West Road 298.01' to a point; thence southerly 329.90'; <br />thence westerly 297' to the east right-of-way of Willett Drive; thence northerly along <br />said right-of-way 310.65' to West Road, the pomnt of origin. <br /> <br />3.
