<br /> "Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority has made application to close a portion of Green Street.
<br /> The attached resolution appoints viewers in accordance with lapplicable State law to review the portion of
<br />such street and to report to the Planning Cc~mnission if any inconVenience would result in closing that portion
<br />of Green Street.

<br /> I, therefore, concur and recc~mend the adoption of the attached resolution."
