This <br />additional revenue Will allow program expansmon ~n the Board's mental health, mental retarda- <br />tion, drug and alcohol abuse services, and the AlcohOl Safety Action Program. <br /> <br /> This funding continues our efforts to broaden the Community Services Board's ability to <br />effectively meet the needs of our citizens. More specifically, as you will note on the attache <br />explanation, over one half of the total will be used to purchase those professional services <br />needed for inpatient metal health treatment. Other expenditures will provide for administra- <br />tive and other support services. <br /> <br /> I am pleased that this additional revenue is available and recommend your approval of the <br />appropriation." <br /> <br /> Min. A great deal of attention was given in reviewing the five (5) proposals <br />received to ensure that the site is developed to its fullest potential without compromising <br />quality, aesthetics, and most importantly, public access to the seawall.
