<br />Corporation, spoke in support of the application.

<br /> 'We have property at 626 Broad Street that is going up for approval on 2nd reading this
<br />night, July 9, 1985, for a use permit to con~ar~t to a duplex. We would like to request instea
<br />of a 30 day wamting period after approval, that if proposed use permit is approved that the
<br />30 day waiting period be waived and that we may begin obtaining permits to convert property
<br />immediately, so that we can meet requirements for obtaining needed financing. Thanking you
