Rowe, President of Metro D~vel6pmen~' <br />Corporation, for 54 units on property on the north side of Bart Street <br />between Effingham and Washington Streets. <br /> <br /> Michael T. We would like to request instea <br />of a 30 day wamting period after approval, that if proposed use permit is approved that the <br />30 day waiting period be waived and that we may begin obtaining permits to convert property <br />immediately, so that we can meet requirements for obtaining needed financing. Thanking you <br />for your consideration.
