August 13, 1985 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer is aware that building permits or any other required permit will <br />be issued only upon compliance with the ordinances, laws, or regulations applicable thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmou~h,'Virginia, that <br />the certain group housing project designated as GHP-85-16 proposing a development of thirty-two <br />(32) apartments ~n the northwest corner of Deep Creek Boulevard and Benton Avenue be revised t¢ <br />permit the construction of twenty-eight (28) units on that portion of the parcel currently <br />zoned R-60 as shown on that plat entitled "Lots 15, 16, 1- and 18 Highland Park or Biltmore", <br />prepared by Hoggard-Eure Associates and described ~n correspondence dated August 13, 1985, <br />such being made a part hereof, is hereby granted approval subject to the following terms and <br />c~nditions: <br /> <br /> 1. The projec~ shall consist of no more than twenty-eight (28) units. <br /> <br /> 2. A landscape plan must be submitted to the Planning Office for review and approval <br />prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> 3. A standard site improvement plan must be submitted to the Department of Engineering & <br />Technical Services for review and approval. <br /> <br />4. The develper to provide a minimum of forty-ei~ht (48) parking spaces. <br /> <br /> 5. The developer to erect a six foot six inch (6'6") <br />perimeter of the property line from approximately 50' west <br />mately 25' northwest of Benton Avenue as shown on the plat <br /> <br />stockade type fence along the <br />of Deep Creek Boulevard to approxi- <br />referenced herein. <br /> <br /> 6. That adequate recreationa~ and playground e~uipment wil~ be provided~ constructed <br />with heavy duty materials submitted to Depar~men~ of Engineering & Technical Services for <br />review and approval. <br /> <br /> 7. Doar, <br /> by Leola B. and Gregory Pierce, for a triplex unit on property on <br /> the south side of Arden Street between Tyre Neck Road and the Sea- <br /> board Coastline Railroad, deferred from the Public Hearing of July 9 <br /> 1985. <br /> <br /> Leola B.
