<br />(b) GHP 85-27 - Group housing project application of W. T. Brown, owner, for two two-
<br /> s~ory four-plexes on property on the north side of South Street 32'
<br /> west of Green Street.
<br />
<br />The following letter was presented:

<br />
<br /> The Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority requests that the above Group Housing
<br />Project Review be withdrawn from consideration by the City Council.
<br />
<br /> The property is currently owned by

<br />the Authority and negotiations with W. T. Brown and

<br />and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />6c) CA 85-8 - A proposal to amend Section 33-1 of the City Code pertaining to the
<br /> purpose of the subdivision ordinance.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Besmer, CA 85-8 be approved on first reading,
<br />and was adopted by unanimous vote.
<br />
<br />(d) CA 85-9 A Froposal to amend Section 33-22 of the City Code pertaining to the
<br /> record~tion'~of s~b. division plats.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, CA 85-9 be approved on first reading,
<br />and was adopted by unanimous vote.
<br />
<br /> (e) CA 85-10 A proposal to amend Section 33-55 of the Cit) Code pertaining to the '
<br /> co~t of utility and street improvements in subdivisions; partial release
<br /> of bonds.
<br /> On motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Beamer, CA 85-1~ ~e approved on first reading,
<br />and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />(f) CA 85-11
<br />
<br />A proposal to amend Section 33-57 of the City Code pertaxning to certain
<br />minor subdivisions.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, CA 85-11 be approved on first reading,
<br />and was adopted by unanimous vote.
