(Item moved down on agenda from <br />the Public Hearing.) <br /> <br /> Bennie Booth, 719½ Effingham Street, Owner of Booth's Funeral Home, presented letter <br />from Traffic Engineer (which was read by the City Clerk) regarding spaces for parking for <br />persons attending funeral services. <br /> <br />The following action was taken on Items CA 85-12, UP 85~23, and Z 85-42: <br /> <br />Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, that Z 85-42 be denied. <br /> <br />Mrs. Webb withdrew her motion. <br /> <br /> SUbstitute motion of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, that CA 85-12 be approved on <br />firgt reading, and was adopted by 6-0-1(Abstaining-Corprew) vote. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mrs. Webb, that UP 85-23 be approved on first readi[ <br />in accordance with the City Manager's recommendations, and was adopted by 6-0-1 (Abstaining - <br />Corprew) vote. <br /> <br /> Z 85-42 becomes "moot" due to the acti0n taken on CA 85-12 and UP 85-23, and no action is <br />required. <br /> <br /> <br />
