Owens, Sr. is hereby granted a use permit pursuant to Section 40-121 <br />(a) (i) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia to operate a funeral home at 610 Green <br />Street (Tax Map 25, ParceI 32). <br /> <br />3. During the past year, 568 trees and shrubs were plante <br />in several locations. <br /> <br /> The 1985-86 Capital Improvement Program authorizes $30,000 <br />fiscal year.
