"The City Assessor is requesting a refund of S100.40, plus interest, to Southern Regional
Industrial Realty Inc., whose mailing address is 99 Spring Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.
The refund is for Real Estate Taxes assessed and paid in error for the fiscal year 1982-83
through 1984-85. This taxpayer sold the proFerty in 1978, however, the transfer was not

I recommend that Council adopt this motion and a refund be granted with interest."
