Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br />2. Todd Taylor, 318 North Street, spoke in support of this item but asked that salaries be <br /> increased incrementally. <br /> <br />3. Tracy Boreman, 532 North Street, spoke in support of this item but asked that salaries <br /> be increased incrementally. <br /> <br />Motion by Dr. Whitaker, and seconded by Mr. Moody, to adopt the following <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Hugel to amend the ordinance to incrementally increase the salaries <br />of the Mayor and City Council, changing the Mayor’s salary to $37,000 and City Council’s <br />salary to $33,000 with a continued increase until capped.
