<br />for the ~pplication.

<br /> Hannah Flora, 5109 Arlington Place, representing Westhaven Park Civic League, spoke
<br />opposition of the application and was concerned abou~ off-street parking, dumpster being
<br />monitored and proper drainage.

<br />that action be delayed on the matter.
