<br />Motion by Mr. Hugel, and seconded by Ms. Lucas-Burke, to adopt the following
<br />ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote:

<br />1. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, asked that City Council update parking
<br /> meters and provide funding for a waste transfer station in next year’s CIP.
<br />

<br />“ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FY 2024-2028 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
<br />PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING $77,834,000 IN THE FY 2024 CAPITAL
<br />IMPROVEMENT FUND, SUBJECT TO RECEIPT OF THE MEANS OF FINANCING
<br />DESIGNATED HEREIN.”

<br />DOLLARS ($100) OF ASSESSED VALUE TO BE APPLIED TO EACH QUARTERLY
<br />REAL ESTATE TAX BILL ISSUED FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024.”

<br />APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT SAID BUDGET FOR
<br />THE FISCAL YEAR 2024.”
