<br />(b) Z-23-01 DEEP CREEK BLVD. - Ordinance granting the request of David
<br />Perry Realty LLC, on behalf of Dollhouse Investments LLC, to
<br />rezone the approximately 0.81-acre property at 5125/5129 Deep
<br />Creek Boulevard from General Mixed-Use (GMU) to Multi-Family
<br />Urban Residential (UR-M) in order to subdivide the property and
<br />develop three single-family dwellings. The Future Land Use Map of
<br />the Build One Portsmouth Comprehensive Plan designates this
<br />property as Commercial. The property is owned by Dollhouse
<br />Investments LLC. Planning Commission recommends approval.

<br />approximately 0.374 combined acres located at 3614 Race Street
<br />and 1211 Rodman Avenue in the Multi-Family Urban Residential
<br />(UR-M) zoning district. The Future Land Use Map of the Build One
<br />Portsmouth Comprehensive Plan designates this property as a
<br />Mixed-Use Corridor. The properties are owned by Keith Alexander.
<br />Planning Commission recommends approval with conditions.

<br />resolution, and was adopted by the following vote:

<br /> , Gregory Milstead, P.E., agent for Keith Alexander, the owner of the
<br />subject property, has made application pursuant to Section 40.2-533 of the Code of the
<br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia for the granting of a use permit to construct not more than
<br />seven townhouses at 3614 Race Street and 1211 Rodman Avenue (Tax Parcels 0314-
<br />0550 and 0314-0560); and

<br />to be done in connection with the application; and
