<br />line of Grantor and the northwestern line of Spruce Street; North 43 deg. 18’ East 105.1
<br />feet; thence along the jagged line dividing the property of the Grantor from the property
<br />of the Grantees the following courses and distances, North 33 deg 08’ West 132.7 feet,
<br />North 0 deg 08’ West 22.7 feet, North 50 deg 18’ East 77.5 feet, North 33 deg 08’ West
<br />120.7 feet and North 27 deg 07’ East 22.4 feet to a point in the southeastern right-of-way
<br />line of Turnpike Road; thence along said right-of-way line South 56 deg. 21’ West 12.3
<br />feet to a point in the eastern line of the aforesaid main line; thence along the said eastern
<br />line South 02 deg 19’ East 163.7 feet and South 0 deg. 08’ East 210.40 feet to the point
<br />of beginning.

<br />24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32 and the portion of 33 hereinafter described, as shown on the
<br />Plat of Barrett & Syer recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the City of
<br />Chesapeake, Virginia in Map Book 3, at page 42, reference to which plat is hereby made
<br />for a more particular description of the property, said portion of Lot 33 conveyed being
<br />more particularly bounded and described as follows:

<br />Beginning at a 10’ alley (now or formerly called Spruce or Columbia Street) at the western
<br />line of Lot 32 as shown on the aforesaid plat; thence running in a westerly direction along
<br />said alley, a distance of 30 feet to Lot 34, as shown on the aforesaid plat; thence running
<br />northerly along the line of Lot 34 to the right-of-way of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt
<br />Line Railroad; thence turning and running in a northeasterly direction along said right-of-
<br />way to the line of the property formerly of Harrell; thence running easterly along the Harrell
<br />line to Lot 32, as shown on the aforesaid plat; thence running southerly along the
<br />boundary line of Lot 32, a distance of 143 feet to the point of beginning.
