<br />Parcel One: ALL THOSE two certain lots, pieces or parcels of land with the buildings and
<br />improvements thereon, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and known, numbered
<br />and designated as Lots Nos. One (1) and Two (2) on the plat of Barrett and Syer, duly
<br />recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in
<br />Map Book 3, page 42, to which said plat reference is hereby made for a more complete
<br />description of the said property, the same fronting sixty (60) feet on the south side of
<br />Turnpike Road.

<br />Parcel Two: ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
<br />improvements thereon, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia and known, numbered

<br />Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 3, page 42, to which said
<br />plat reference is hereby made for a more complete description of the said property, the
<br />same fronting Thirty (30) feet on the south side of Turnpike Road, and known by the
<br />present system of street numbering in the City of Portsmouth as 2325 Turnpike Road.

<br />Tax Map #0175 0140.” It is believed that the “4” in this description refers to Lot 4 on the
<br />plat of Barrett and Syer, duly recorded in the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake,
<br />Virginia, in Map Book 3, Page 42, and the 2332 is the street address on Turnpike Road
<br />based on the current numbering system in the City of Portsmouth.

<br />in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book
<br />3, page 42 as Lot Number Five (5); said lot fronts 30’ on the south side of aforesaid street
<br />a distance of 99’ more of less.
