The use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) A landscaping Flat, including screening on the Portsmouth Boulevard frontage, <br />must be submitted to the Planning Department for their review and approval. <br /> <br /> (b) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, policies and <br />regulations of federal, state and local governments, and shall obtain all necessary licenses <br />and permits. <br /> <br />4.
