<br />City Manager recommending adoption of an ordinance to appropri-
<br />Improvement Program for drainage improvements to the north side
<br />
<br /> "The 198S-90 Capital Improvement Program~authorizes $4S0,000 for needed drainage improve-
<br />ments to Airline Boulevard. This project will eliminate large ditches, provide a major outfa]
<br />for an already developed area, and eliminate flooding. With the installation of drainage to
<br />the north side of the roadway, an adJitional lane and curb and gutter will be added to that
<br />side of Airline Boulevard. An alternate bid was received for a five foot wide sidewalk the
<br />length of the project.
