<br /> 86-288 Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of an ordinance to appropriat
<br />$281,700 from the Capital Improvement Program for miscellaneous repairs to school facilities.
<br />
<br /> "The School Board of the City of Portsmouth has requested that the City Council appropri-
<br />ate $251,700 from funds available ~n the Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
<br />
<br /> The funds being requested covers a variety~4£'roof and other structural/mechanical repairs
<br />have enclosed a listing of these projects by school and ~he amount of the project.
<br />
<br />I recommend that City Council favorable consider the School Board's request.
<br />
